I led a team in creating five animated videos for National Assessment Centers (NAC) across the U.S. — a government-funded organization focused on preventing and diverting youth from entering the juvenile justice system. Over 12 weeks, my team and I sketched concepts, built assets, and animated educational videos designed for individuals and families beginning their involvement with NAC. The biggest lesson I took from this project was the value of detailed planning. Mapping out each shot and transition early on made the animation process smoother, improved consistency, and kept us on schedule. That upfront strategy became our roadmap to hitting deadlines and delivering strong, cohesive work.
