I lead a team to craft 5 animated videos for National Assessment Center’s (NAC) across the United States. For context NAC is a government-funded organization that aims to prevent and divert youth from places like juvie. Over the period of 12 weeks me and my team sketched, created assets for, and animated 5 education videos targeted at individuals or families who are beginning their involvement with Assessment Centers. The most important thing I learned through this process was the importance of planning. Planning each shot ensured each transition felt smooth and consistent leading to easier animating and compiling later in the process. This planning ensured we hit deadlines and become our roadmap for success.
